A: Surveillance Investigations are billed hourly. For each hourly rate you will get one professional licensed investigator, a case manager and support staff to work on your case. The hourly rate starts when our investigator departs the office and ends when the investigator returns to the office. There are no additional hourly rate charges for in office work and support staff for the surveillance investigation. There are some additional small costs that are in addition to the hourly rate. Before you contract with our firm all costs and expenses will be laid out in writing, there are no surprises or hidden costs. Every surveillance investigation is different but we will also try to provide you with an average total cost of your investigation before the case starts.
Q: What do I get at the end of my surveillance investigation?
A: First, during the surveillance investigation you will be completely updated on a regular basis. After being completely updated, at the end of the surveillance you will receive a detailed chronological report of all activity during the surveillance. In addition to the prepared report you will receive detailed pictures and video of all activity during the surveillance investigation. A: Yes, our investigator often take video, even if there was no activity during the surveillance. We will provide you with pictures and video at the conclusion of the investigation. You will be provided with regular updates during your investigation.
